Submission Process
There are three methods (online, mail, fax) of submitting your call for submission forms. Please select only one method to submit your forms
Online
captures your submission information entered on the web and automatically records it in our submissions database at the headquarters office. You can pay online using our secure credit card system or you can print out a submission summary form to mail or fax to the headquarters office with payment.
For Individual Participants (who do not belong to a Symposium):
allows you to complete the hard copy forms or use the fillable pdf form to mail or fax your submission forms. These forms are scanned and uploaded into our submission database.
All submission forms are PDFs. You will need at least version
5.1 of Adobe
Acrobat
Reader to view them.
