General Information

The SAA staff works to provide meeting attendees with the lowest possible meeting registration rates. Part of that process involves the Society contracting a block of hotel rooms, which provides two benefits: (1) it provides bulk purchasing power and provides attendees with the best room rates available at these hotels and (2) subvents the expense of renting meeting space. We hope you will stay within an SAA room block.

The following two New Orleans hotels have discounted SAA room blocks. The hotels are directly across the street from each other.

Student- and government-rate rooms are limited; available on first-come, first-served basis; and may be audited to ensure that they are being used by the intended audience.

Rooms will be available at the contracted rates until Monday, March 18, 2024.
