Hotel Blocks 

The SAA staff works to provide meeting attendees with the lowest possible meeting registration rates. Part of that process involves the Society contracting a block of hotel rooms, which provides two benefits: (1) it provides bulk purchasing power and provides attendees with the best room rates available at these hotels, and (2) it subsidizes the expense of renting meeting space. We hope you will stay within an SAA room block.

Due to the high demand from other conferences, hotels do not have much availability. In addition to taking _all_ space at the Sheraton, we added an overflow hotel, which has now also sold out. We recommend you keep trying the Sheraton in case there are cancellations as we near the conference dates.

To do something for our members, we have partnered with aRes Travel. To find the most budget-friendly options, sort by price, adjust the check-in and check-out dates, and carefully consider the distance from the Sheraton.

SHERATON DENVER DOWNTOWN HOTEL- SOLD OUT 
The SAA 90th Annual Meeting will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown hotel located at 1550 Court Place. All events (with the exception of excursions) will be held at the Sheraton.  

Student- and government-rate rooms are limited; available on a first-come, first-served basis; and may be audited to ensure that they are being used as intended.

Rooms will be available at the contracted rates until Monday, March 31, 2025.
